Bird set free

My neighbours had a pet bird, a beautiful parrot. They'd keep it in a cage on their boundary wall. I could see it from my lawn as it kept pacing round and round in the little space it had  inside that cage, just like I do in my lawn. It made occassional noises, maybe cries for help to other pals of his species , it saw returning home in the evening... I assume.

Yesterday, I got to know that it's owner forgot to properly close the cage and the parrot flew away....
